These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Garnet Star Refined Oil Products Trading Co. LLC. By engaging with our services, including the supply of marine fuels, bunkering, and oil trading, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our services or entering into a contract.

1. Scope of Services

Garnet Star provides refined oil products and marine fuel services, including but not limited to:

Marine gas oil (MGO) and various grades of fuel oil.
Bunkering services at approved ports and offshore.
Custom energy solutions for marine and industrial clients.
Fuel logistics, supply chain coordination, and timely delivery.

These services are subject to availability and may vary by port or client location.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to legally registered businesses, shipping operators, or agents authorized to enter contracts on behalf of their organizations. By using our services, you warrant that:

You have the authority to represent your company.
Your company complies with all applicable UAE and international regulations related to marine fuel procurement and use.

3. Orders & Delivery

All product requests must be made through official communication channels or written purchase orders.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that vessels are ready to receive fuel and that all port permissions have been arranged in advance.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT or applicable duties.
Payments must be made via bank transfer within the terms specified in the invoice (usually within 15 or 30 days).
Garnet Star reserves the right to impose late fees or withhold future services for overdue payments.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

Garnet Star is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, port authority delays, or supplier disruptions.
In case of force majeure, both parties will be excused from their obligations until normal operations can resume.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service agreements or decline orders if:

Payment terms are breached.
Misuse or illegal resale of fuel is discovered.
Clients violate applicable maritime safety or trade regulations.

7. Compliance

Clients must adhere to all local, regional, and international regulations regarding fuel usage, safety, and documentation. Garnet Star complies with ISO 8217:1996 and other applicable fuel quality standards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
